When SECONDS COUNT, help’s only minutes away…
In today’s age, learning how to evaluate and manage traumatic injury is as vital a life skill as CPR.
Whether keeping loved ones alive in a car accident or managing victims of an active shooting, it has been proven that having the right tools and knowing how to use them often makes the difference between life and death.
This program is not intended to teach you how to be an EMT, nor is it the objective to subject you to unnecessary gore. Rather, it is intended to familiarize you with modern life saving tools – such as tourniquets, pressure dressings, and hemostatic agents – and teach you how to use them, while debunking common myths that cause hesitation and failure under duress. The goal is to educate on how to keep injured people alive until paramedic rescue arrives.
