To some, the right to carry is a privilege. To others, it’s a responsibility.
Now, you can extend that right into over 35 states.
UTAH and Arizona are the most sought after non-resident CCW permits. Along with the Pennsylvania CCW, you can be licensed to carry a concealed firearm in 39 states (see map). This five-hour class will fulfill the educational requirements for eligibility to acquire either or both the Utah and Arizona non-resident permits.
Course content will focus on firearm safety, storage, concealed carry laws, the use of deadly force, and more. You do not need to own a firearm or qualify with one in order to obtain this permit.
Purpose. These permits are issued for “personal protection.”
Legal. Reciprocity and recognition of permits from state to state is a complex issue. The course will not address specific legal issues. For specific answers, contact the issuing authority or consult an attorney licensed in the state in question.
Application. Upon completion, attendees will receive their fingerprints, passport photos, and application paperwork and are eligible to apply for their choice of permit(s). The attendee is responsible for application fees and filing. Note: A valid Pennsylvania CCW is required for filing
