INPAX offers several pricing options for many of our programs. To avoid confusion, program fees are displayed at checkout, only after all course options have been selected.
Can I book online with Groupon?
Yes. Our Groupon (and other social promotions) eligible programs have a purchasing option at checkout. Just remember that your place in the course is not guaranteed until we confirm your Groupon purchase.
The system recognized me, but I could not proceed.
Our booking system will recognize most current and former clients the first time they visit, even if they have never made an online reservation. To protect your personal information, we require validation before you can continue. Let us know and we’ll get your registration finished.
The enroll button for my course is missing.
A missing enroll button means the class is full. Some group programs are offered on a limited schedule, but all programs are offered year round by private appointment. Call us at 888.433.2040 to discuss the options.
What is the cancellation policy?
INPAX® offers several cancellation windows for the convenience of our clients. More than 72 hours prior to the scheduled start: Refund or credit (towards an equivalent program). 24 to 72 hours prior to the scheduled start: Credit offered towards an equivalent program. No refunds. Less than 24 hours (and no-shows). No refunds or credits offered.
I don’t see my course listed.
INPAX® offers courses based on a variety of factors that include demand, scheduling considerations and seasonal matters. However, all of our courses are available on a private and semi-private basis. Contact us if you wish to arrange a session. Private sessions can be tailored to your needs.
I am not receiving any verification emails or text messages.
If you have previously declined to receive emails from us in the past, or if you have opted-out of INPAX® emails sent through a third party service, you will be unable to receive those messages until you re-enable those emails through your user account. Login and visit your profile to change your email status.
Can I waitlist for a program?
INPAX no longer offers automatic waitlisting for our courses. Call us if you wish to enroll in a full program. A representative can discuss possible alternatives, including a private appointment.
I wish to enroll more than one person at the same time.
INPAX® enrollments are managed on an individual basis. Each person who completes a program must have a personal account with a separately signed liability waiver (parents or guardians must waive on behalf of minors). However, to ease the purchasing process, the online store permits multiple signups in a single purchase. These signups will still need to be reconciled into new or existing individual accounts. Note: This feature is not available through the website calendar and can only be done through the online store. Please note: Multiple quantities of a single item purchased through the website calendar will not reserve the extra places in a course.
